After graduating from Purdue University with her Doctorate in Audiology, Dr. Yo spent the first part of her career working in medical and private practice settings. Unsatisfied by the "conveyor belt" conventional model of care and motivated by her own mom's diagnosis of Meniere's Disease, she developed new methods of helping people with chronic dizziness. Drawing from cutting-edge research on vestibular disorders and chronic conditions, she takes a holistic approach to treatment that helps her patients regain their confidence and strength.
Dr. Yo is board-certified through the American Board of Audiology, and holds Vestibular Rehabilitation I and II and Concussion certifications through the American Institute of Balance. She is also a certified strength coach and personal trainer. As a member and volunteer of the Vestibular Disorders Association (VeDA), she serves on several committees and develops educational content for patients. She also has a YouTube channel, The Steady Coach, where she publishes educational videos for people with vestibular and dizziness disorders. In her spare time, she loves to take naps, lift weights, and serve as the personal chauffeur and chef for her two young daughters (while plotting their early bedtime with her husband).
Seeing patients for years suffering with chronic issues such as tinnitus or dizziness, and not being satisfied with the results for these patients and the limitations to what I was able give them, left Dr. Kreb's unfulfilled and feeling like she should be able to do more. Her mission is to help people work through the roadblocks that are keeping them stuck and give them the tools to release themselves from their chronic issues.
Dr. Krebs received her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D) degree in 2008 from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. She went on to practice in various Otolaryngology (ENT) and private practice settings providing a variety of hearing and balance healthcare services. Dr. Krebs is passionate about improving patients overall quality of life and helping people understand how their condition may be impacting other areas of their health and wellness.
Dr. Krebs is originally from Pennsylvania, but moved to Florida 10 years ago with her husband and dogs. She is most at peace with her toes in the sand before most people are awake. She loves photography and creating art in many forms and is a fierce defender and lover of animals.
